Job Description
A Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service to customers, looks up parts, and processes orders with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy. The role involves advising customers on products, resolving technical issues, and serving as a resource for other store personnel.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification
- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
