Job Description
The Store Parts Professional role provides prompt and courteous service to customers, processes orders, and assists customers with their needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification
- Good relations with customers
- Functionally literate and capable of understanding part numbers and line codes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Ability to work retail hours at any store location
- Ability to lift and move parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds
- Ability to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment
- Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers
- Capable of operating a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission
