Store Parts Professional

A Parts Professional provides prompt and courteous service to all customers, looks up parts applications, processes orders, and assists customers with technical questions and problems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers
• Functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work retail hours at any store location
• Able to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission
• Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers
• Able to work on feet for an entire assigned work shift
• Capable of lifting and moving parts and boxes of up to 60 pounds
• Able to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves
