Job Description
NAPA is seeking a Store Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers, process orders with accuracy, and assist with technical questions and problems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work retail hours at any store location
- Capable of operating TAMS point-of-sale system and cataloging
- Visually capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers
