Job Description
NAPA is seeking a Store Parts Professional to provide prompt and courteous service to customers, process orders, and assist with technical questions and problems. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, implementing sales practices, and maintaining POS computer abilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ASE Parts Specialist (automotive) certification
- Ability to work retail hours at any store location
- Ability to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission
