Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager role involves overseeing procurement activities, managing suppliers, and developing procurement strategies aligned with business needs. This is a full-time position working hybrid from Horncastle, Lincolnshire, and requires strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills, manufacturing and engineering technical knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving cost savings.

Requirements

• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a procurement leadership role
• Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills
• Manufacturing and engineering technical knowledge
• Demonstrable track record of achieving cost savings and meeting performance targets
• Proficient IT skills, including MS platform packages
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing abilities
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
