Job Description
The Production Shift Manager will lead resources and processes within the Injection Moulding and Extrusion areas to ensure safety, engagement, and production requirements are met. They will identify and drive continuous improvement and lead daily and weekly production demand meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in production / operational leadership
- Experience within a Manufacturing background
- Experience within Moulding or Extrusion departments
- IOSH or similar qualification
- Qualification relating to C.I.
