Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role managing HR teams
- Significant experience in labor relations, employment law, and handling complex employee relations matters
- Proven track record of leading HR transformation, implementing HR technology solutions, and driving process improvement
