Job Description
The Proposal Manager/Writer II develops and submits high-quality proposals to local, regional, and state government agencies. The role coordinates input from cross-functional teams and drafts compelling proposals.
Requirements
- Review RFPs, RFIs, and other opportunities
- Create outlines and shell documents for proposal responses
- Facilitate and lead proposal kick-off meetings, strategy meetings, and proposal review sessions
- Collect and coordinate input from cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
- Apply formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills to develop organized proposal drafts
- Manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
