Proposal Manager/Writer II

The Proposal Manager/Writer II is responsible for developing and submitting high-quality responses that propose Geographic Solutions' workforce and unemployment software systems to local, regional, and state government agencies.

Requirements

• Review RFPs, RFIs, and other opportunities to support research, analysis, and response planning
• Create outlines and shell documents for proposal responses
• Facilitate and lead proposal kick-off meetings, strategy meetings, and proposal review sessions
• Collect and coordinate input from cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Apply formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills to develop organized proposal drafts
• Ensure overall proposal quality, consistency, and compliance with solicitation requirements
• Manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Participate in all proposal debriefs and lessons-learned sessions
• Maintain and update proposal boilerplate content following each submission
