Requirements
- Commercially driven sales leader
- Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Data-driven and disciplined approach
- Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment
- Hands-on sales experience with deal closing
- Leadership experience in a £10–50m B2B business
- Sales team building and scaling experience
- Experience selling to engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers
- Ability to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
