Requirements
- Lead event production from beginning to end, including discovery, design, development, delivery, post-event reporting, and budget reconciliation
- Manage event logistics, finances, fabrication, production schedules, vendor interactions, and creative deliverables
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships effectively
- Mentor and manage others within the Special Events team
- Build comprehensive budgets and estimates, manage and reconcile budgets
- Identify and evaluate budget and financial issues
- Develop and drive RFP responses, concept development, budget formation, RFP team coordination, timeline management, presentation writing, and delivery
- Drive special event production from client discovery and objective setting to creative inception and development, pre-show production management, onsite delivery, and through post-show production and wrap up
- Develop and maintain event decks, including creative and operational elements
