Job Description
Georgetown University is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I to perform general building trades work to maintain building systems and equipment. The successful candidate will provide daily maintenance support to building users, perform scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled or special work, and observe all safety rules, regulations and precautions in performing their duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 4-5 years of experience performing general building maintenance work
- Completion of a training program in general building maintenance
- Universal EPA –CFC certification
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity of basic MS Windows operating system programs
- Valid driver’s license
