Job Description
The Sugar Shelling Machine Operator role is responsible for driving Georgia Nut Company's manual sugar shelling conventional panning process in order to create high quality finished good while striving for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Report food and quality issues as well as employee safety to their supervisor.
- Follow all formulas and customer specifications as described in the billing of materials.
- Document all production, quality, safety, and sanitation reports accurately and clearly.
- Maintain 5s by keeping work area clean and organized.
