As an HR Specialist, you will support executives in operational personnel-related concerns, implement salary settlement, control time accounting, and accompany recruitment. You will also maintain personnel data, create reports, and lead HR projects.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with a focus on personnel or commercial training with relevant further education
• First practical experience in the personnel department
• High service mentality, customer orientation, and social and advisory competence
• Good knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security law
• Secure MS Office knowledge and fluent German knowledge
