Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

Operational Excellence Manager responsible for designing and implementing the Operational Excellence Program at several Moulded-Glass sites in Europe, contributing to the sustainable improvement of quality, efficiency, and performance.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or comparable training
• 4+ years of professional experience in a production environment
• Several years of experience in Operational Excellence with successful international project implementation
• Familiarity with TQM, TPM, Lean, and continuous improvement methods
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and MES, SAP, Power BI (asset)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
