Job Description

In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with thermoplastic materials
- Comfortable with computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPs
