Job Description
Gerresheimer is a global partner to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetics industries. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of pharmaceutical primary packaging, drug delivery systems for medications, and digital solutions. The production manager will be responsible for the production process, implementation of new manufacturing methods, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an engineering degree in foundry technology, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable technical training
- Long-term leadership experience in the management of glass production or comparable processes
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- IT affinity - especially SAP, MS-Office, process visualization
- Hands-on mentality
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and strong process focus
