Business Analyst I

As a Business Analyst I, you'll collect and analyze data, assemble functional/non-functional requirements, and communicate the real needs of stakeholders. You'll work closely with the project sponsor and/or product business owner to elicit, capture, track, and document business processes and requirements.

Requirements

• Elicit, capture, track, and document business processes and requirements for a given system
• Present processes and requirements to business owners, project teams, and management
• Facilitate systems scoping and requirements sessions
• Manage requirements traceability information and tracking requirements status
• Participate in requirements analysis and verification
• Co-facilitate requirements prioritization
• Develop process improvement procedures
• Analyze current process standards and metrics
• Prepare and manage budgetary requirements for process re-engineering
