This role involves processing leave requests, tracking leave balances, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Process paperwork and administer all leave-of-absence requests
- Manage and track all team member form I-9s and required documentation
- Serve as subject matter expert for all HRIS entries and processes
- Facilitate interactive processes for reasonable accommodations
- Generate reports and analyze leave data
- Manage, track, and prepare employer responses for unemployment claims
- Develop strong trusting relationships with team members and management
- Collaborate with the HR team on development and implementation of HR procedures and policies
