
Job description
As the Account Executive, you will act as the main point of contact for existing customers, managing client relationships, retention, and growth strategies. You will work closely with customers to understand their business and match their needs with Impel products. The role is home-based, but the team thrives on collaborative thinking and efforts.
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide white-glove service to clients, and provide customer insights and consultation to help clients achieve their goals. You will also collaborate cross-functionally, identify barriers to success, and manage internal resources to resolve issues.
The successful candidate will be joining a small but rapidly scaling team in the UK representing customers across the breadth of the UK automotive retail industry. You should be a strategic thinker, comfortable using data & insights to grow relationships, and have excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
