Client Billing Coordinator

Role Overview

The Client Billing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between our finance team and clients, ensuring billing accuracy and timely resolution of account issues.

What You Will Do

Serve as the day-to-day liaison between clients and internal finance/accounting teams to resolve billing questions, discrepancies, and outstanding balances, and perform data entry and general administrative tasks related to billing and account management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
• Experience with Salesforce required; Sage and/or Excel experience a plus
