DIRECTEUR DES OPERATIONS (H/F)

We are seeking an Industrial Operations Director to join our team at Getinge Life Science Vendôme. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's industrial strategy to ensure the delivery of products in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements, costs, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac + 5/6)
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Fluent English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in financial analysis of a production unit
• Experienced in project management
• Proven management skills and agility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor and organization
• Ability to negotiate, make decisions, and be persistent in the long term
