Directeur des Opérations

As Operations Director, you will manage the biorefinery and electrolysis processes, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. You will supervise production, risks, and teams, while respecting standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Member in good standing of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ)
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in an industrial setting and continuous process (refining, oil, chemicals, water treatment)
• Experience in commissioning and starting up a factory
• Good knowledge of using an ERP
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingualism, both in writing and speaking, and excellent written French proficiency (writing)
• Collaborative leader, mobilizer, and interpersonal skills
• Prioritizes health and safety
• Both operational and strategic thinking
• Excellent analytical skills and rigor
