Job Description
The Production Director will work closely with other departments to ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives of the company, overseeing production teams, planning and executing production activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Define and deploy the production strategy in line with company objectives.
- Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
- Manage production teams, ensure talent development, and maintain a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
- Oversee project scheduling and tracking to meet deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Lead performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization, cost reduction).
- Communicate priorities, manage unexpected events, and contribute to the resolution of complex operational problems.
- Analyze existing practices and implement better practices, procedures, and tools to increase efficiency and reliability of operations.
