Requirements

• Completed studies in Medical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or comparable technical or natural scientific training with professional experience or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the development of electromechanical systems or system architectures in the medical technology industry
• Knowledge in Systems Engineering
• Polarion and Jira tool knowledge are desirable
• Good product knowledge in the area of ECMO applications (including disposables and sensors) are desirable
• Very good knowledge of medical technology standards (hardware and single products)
• Knowledge of development processes, -procedures and -methods (e.g. V-Model) and relevant standards in medical technology (ISO 13485, ISO 14971 etc.)
• Knowledge in the area of functional safety IEC- 61508, FMEA IEC-60812, FTA IEC-61025 and Reliability
• Knowledge of CE- and FDA-approval regulations are desirable
• Very good analytical skills combined with a very structured and process-oriented way of working
• Communication skills and a high degree of willingness to participate, self-reliance and persuasiveness to implement new solutions
• Very good German and English skills (in word and writing)
