Job Description
GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and communication of employee benefits programs. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing benefits guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting benefits-related processes within UKG.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with retirement and group insurance plans
- Leave management experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, etc.)
- Experience with UKG strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
