Job Description
Weâre looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, youâll serve as a key resource for employees navigating benefit programs, ensuring they receive clear, accurate, and timely information.
Requirements
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions, providing clear and empathetic guidance
- Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in vendor systems
- Conduct benefits orientations and support open enrollment activities
- Audit benefits data for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service
- Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Support HR projects and process improvements related to benefits and employee experience
