Requirements

• French (C1-C2) and excellent English (C1)
• Experience in customer service
• Reliability, organization, and adaptability
• Ease of communication, both oral and written
• Autonomy and reactivity
• Rigour and respect for timetables
• Experience with Zendesk or another similar customer management tool
