Lead Product Designer (f/m/d)

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of design at getquin, define our design direction, establish user research and validation, and do hands-on work to transform our app into something users love.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of features or products
• Experience leading or setting up design teams
• Strong in user research, UX, and visual design
• Ability to delight users and trigger emotions through design
• Experience working on top mobile-first consumer products
• Data-informed decision making
• Experience in marketing and brand design
• Good communication skills with non-designers
• Interest in latest technologies and AI
• Motivated to grow into a leadership role
