Lead Product Designer

Thoughtworks is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their team. The role involves leading the design and development of digital products from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing design practices. The ideal candidate has rich experience in designing digital products, strong foundations in user experience and interaction design principles, and expertise in working closely with business and tech teams.

Requirements

• Lead the design and development of digital products from ideation and concept through to iterative development
• Ensure quality across product touchpoints through consistent and attractive visual design guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a shared understanding of user and customer jobs, journeys, and needs
• Champion the continuous improvement of design practices by mentoring team members and facilitating knowledge sharing
• Actively engage and bring thought leadership and best practices to Thoughtworks and our client’s design practice
