The Customer Success Specialist will support a group of assigned clients across multiple industries, developing the client relationship and understanding of the client business and product installations. They will focus on the transition from prospect to product user, drive consumption, identify new revenue opportunities, and partner closely with Key Account Executives and Field Sales Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Four (4) years of additional work experience may be considered of a degree (Seven (7) years of relevant experience)
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales and/or account management required
- Experience working with broadcasters, digital platforms, film/tv studios, and/or production companies preferred
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to develop and grow accounts resulting in increased revenue for assigned accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Solid skills in negotiation, proposal development, and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Comfortable conducting outbound proactive sales efforts, including in-person presentations, virtual sales, and industry event engagements
