You will own and elevate our lifecycle marketing efforts across the customer journey, defining and executing the lifecycle content strategy, developing tailored onboarding and retention flows, and ensuring our messaging resonates across all customer segments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or content strategy roles
- Deep expertise in customer segmentation, journey mapping, and messaging frameworks
- Strong storytelling skills: able to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement
- Hands-on operator: comfortable developing content, building journeys, and optimizing flows
- Proven experience collaborating with product marketing, creative, and CRM teams
- Strong analytical skills: able to interpret customer data and journey analytics to optimize strategy
- Experience with Braze and other marketing automation and CRM platforms
