Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing sales orders, providing daily customer support, and maintaining accurate data in the ERP system.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, preferably in linguistics, economics, commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, back office sales, or customer care roles, preferably in an international setting.
• Good command of English language, with German language skills being an asset.
• Fluency in sales flow management (direct, intercompany, and triangulation) based on market references.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SAP.
