Proposal Manager

GEWISS is an Italian multinational company seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the bidding process, producing high-quality commercial, technical, and administrative proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The role involves managing the proposal lifecycle, tender analysis, project management, content editing, compliance and quality, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing complex tenders or bid management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, regional portals).
• APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is considered a strong plus.
