Aerospace & Defense Business Development Manager

Gexpro Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead profitable sales growth in the Aerospace & Defense industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for national and regional growth, managing a customer/project pipeline, and collaborating with national and regional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry
• High School diploma or Two-year technical degree or more
• Customer-oriented and motivated
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to reliably use independent judgment and discretion
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Product and application knowledge
• Experience with construction sales desired
