ARC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our high-performing team at our Mackay Branch. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experience, managing customer enquiries, and assisting with sales, despatch, and logistics planning.
Requirements
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with despatch coordination and logistics planning
- Process quotes, cash sales, and customer orders
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Merchandise products and receive stock
- Reconcile invoices and handle general admin duties
- Maximise sales opportunities through great service and follow-through
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between sales, operations, and customers
