Requirements

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or logistics
• Ability to build relationships with existing customers and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Detail-oriented and committed, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in every task
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs
