Despatch Coordinator

As a Despatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficient loading schedules, accurate documentation, and smooth despatch operations at our Mesh facility in Mayfield. You need to be self-motivated and able to work alone.

Requirements

• Despatching of all loads through SAP
• Ensuring required fleet matches delivery plan
• Accurate despatch of correct order to customers
• Daily liaison with customers, the planning team and the project management team
• Preparation of delivery paperwork and general administrative duties
• Managing driver and wait times
• Providing direction and coordination of schedules and workloads of loaders
• Performing load checks and auditing of loads and load restraint
• Sign off safety checklists
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legislative requirements
