Electrician

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, fault-finding, repair, and optimisation of electrical and control systems critical to steel processing and heavy industrial operations. This is a hands-on role that demands technical expertise, strong problem-solving capability, and a drive to deliver world-class workmanship in a high-performance, safety-conscious environment.

Requirements

• Unrestricted Electrical Licence (SA)
• Trade Qualification: Certificate III Electrotechnology or higher
• Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Strong understanding of industrial controls, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and automation systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
• Mechanically savvy, with experience working alongside pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
