Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects within a heavy industry environment. The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical background and a strong technical foundation, with a proven track record of delivering results in complex industrial environments.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in project management, ideally within heavy industry or manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement and project delivery processes
• Commitment to safety as a core value, with a solid understanding of legislative HSE requirements
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft tools (or similar systems)
• Ability to adapt project management approaches to suit different project needs and deliver the best outcomes
