Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with solid experience in Scala, PySpark, and data engineering in distributed environments. The person will work remotely developing scalable pipelines, ensuring governance, and supporting technical decisions on data architecture.
Requirements
- Experience with data engineering in distributed environments
- Knowledge in Apache Spark and Scala
- Experience with AWS (Glue, S3, EMR, Athena, Redshift, etc.)
- Knowledge in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipelines
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with batch and streaming processing
