Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of senior sales experience in IT consulting
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects for major banks and financial institutions
- Deep domain expertise in banking and financial services
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams
- Experience with offshore/nearshore delivery models
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
