Job Description
GHD is seeking a Contract Administrator – Linear Infrastructure for its Greater Toronto Area offices. This role involves managing contracts during construction projects, supervising a team of site inspectors, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality objectives. The position offers a hybrid work model, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma)
- Professional Engineer Designation (P.Eng.) or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.)
- 5+ years post-graduate experience - minimum 2 years as contract administration on water/sewer projects.
- Understanding of municipal linear infrastructure construction.
- Experience with progress payments, change orders, and communication with site staff.
