Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator responsible for overseeing construction contracts, reviewing drawings and specifications, and resolving issues and disputes. The role requires a deep understanding of construction processes and multiple provincial guidelines, as well as experience with Revit.

Requirements

• Administer construction contracts of active construction projects
• Review drawing, specifications and submittals, attend site meetings, perform site reviews and issue applicable reports
• Review and certification processing of payments
• Monitor compliance with the contract documents and review quality of construction work
• Coordinate and collaborate with design staff to resolve interference's and review contractor-requested substitutions
• Interpret architectural, engineering and interior design plans and prepare material lists and specifications
• Write technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties
