Job Description
GHD is seeking an Electrical Inspector to assist the Electrical Engineer and lead the day-to-day operations of construction projects. The role involves inspections, review of materials, monitoring of work progress, and compliance with codes and standards. The Inspector supports the quality control processes and ensures a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Assist in performing contractual duties on site
- Interface with the public and mitigate construction impacts
- Follow-up with the contractor and coordinate utility connections
- Review and interpret discipline design drawings
- Monitor material procurement and deliveries
- Oversee and inspect mechanical and plumbing work
