Job Description
GHD is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to assist the Mechanical Engineer in overseeing the operational functions of projects. The role involves performing inspection, quality control, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Supervise subcontractors, communicate with the public, and develop quality control procedures. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Requirements
- Assist the Mechanical Engineer, MEP Lead, or Resident Engineer in performing contractual duties on site.
- Perform inspections and quality control of work.
- Validate piping systems and equipment.
- Follow-up with contractors and coordinate utility authorities.
