CFO

GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure financial integrity, safeguard organizational assets, and promote accountability across the agency. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and risk management, and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• Directs all accounting, financial management, and financial reporting functions
• Supervises finance department personnel
• Develops and monitors organizational budgets
• Establishes and maintains internal controls to protect assets
• Manages year-end closing processes
• Produces annual financial statements
• Serves as the organization’s Risk Control Administrator
• Administers all employee benefit programs
• Maintains current knowledge of regulations, laws, and guidance relevant to public sector housing and community development programs
