Executive Recruiter

GHJ is looking for an Executive Recruiter to source, recruit and onboard finance/accounting professionals. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying candidates through social sourcing, job placement ads, and other research methods. The Executive Recruiter will work closely with Business Development Managers to match the requirements of each client need.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent Staffing/Recruiting experience
• Public Accounting experience is also desirable
• Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage a fast-paced recruitment and placement process
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to easily connect with others
