Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, expanding the customer base, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Riyadh, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise or government clients
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., Managed Services, ITO, Cybersecurity, Cloud)
- Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
